How to keep
them?
Your Gift Certificate is delivered to you in electronic format
and is kept in your eVoucher Account. We encourage you
to print out a copy for safe-keeping. There is a Gift Certification Number
on each of them. At the same time, the issuer will also keep a record of
your Gift Certificate.
If the recipient of your gift maintains an account with
us, you can electronically transfer your gift to him/her on-line. In this
case, the Gift Certificate face value and all its record would be kept in
the recipient's account and it will remain there* until he/she redeems it in
the WebMall.
*(A Gift Certificate shall expire 24 calendar
months from the date of purchase / issue)
If the gift recipient does not have an account with us,
the gift certificate will similarly be delivered to the recipient email
account. He/she can then visit WebMall to redeem the item of choice.
How to use the Gift Certificate?
Holder of a Gift Certificate
can redeem any merchandize up to the face value of the Gift Certificate.
Take the following steps:

Walk-in
redemption at a designated redemption centers. You must bring along
a printed copy of this eVoucher and present together with your
personal identification documents (Social Security Card or National
Identity Card) for verification. The redemption center will verify
the authencity of this eVoucher via on-line verification panel. No
third party redemption is allowed.

On-line
redemption at
www.Webmall-USA.com or any
of its affiliate stores. Follow the icon "Redemption" and its
proceeding instructions to complete the transaction.
Will the recipient know who send the gift?
Absolutely, he/she
knows that on the transaction record.
Can Gift Certificate redeemable for cash?
No. It is
not exchangeable for cash. Balance value
will remain in the eVoucher Account. However, you can top-up insufficient value to
make purchase of higher value. It acts just like a shopping voucher. |
