Terms & Conditions of Use:

1. You may redeem this eVoucher by any of the following modes:

   • Walk-in redemption at a designated redemption centers. You must bring along a printed copy of this eVoucher and present together with your personal identification documents (Social Security Card or National Identity Card) for verification. The redemption center will verify the authencity of this eVoucher via on-line verification panel. No third party redemption is allowed.

   • On-line redemption at www.Webmall-USA.com or any of its affiliate stores. Follow the icon "Redemption" and its proceeding instructions to complete the transaction.

2. This eVoucher is not returnable for cash refund and is not exchangeable for cash in part of whole

3. Any unused balance will be kept in the Beneficiary's eVoucher Account and is not transferable to others.

4. If the order amount exceeds the value of your eVoucher, you must top up the difference with other means of payment, i.e. credit card, eWallet or cash over the counter.

5. An unlimited amount of Armstrong-AE.com eVoucher nay be redeemed per order.

6. Gift Certificates and unused portion of Armstrong-AE.com gift certificates shall expire 24 calendar months from the date of purchase or issuance. The effective time would be 12.01 a.m. of the date printed on the eVoucher as "Purchase/Issue Date" two years after the said "Purchase/Issue Date".

7. A Gift Certificate cannot be used to buy another Gift Certificate. Like wise, a Shopping Voucher cannot be used to buy another Shopping Voucher.

8. The use of Armstrong eVoucher for Gift or Shopping Value are subject to Armstrong-AE.com's general terms and conditions of use and privacy promise.

9. Armstrong-AE.com and its affiliates will not be responsible for lost or stolen eVoucher. The risk of loss and title for the eVoucher shall pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the any mode of carrier whichever is relevant.

10. ARMSTRONG-AE.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO E-VOUCHER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT AN E-VOUCHER CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY AND OUR SOLE  LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH E-VOUCHER. (CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

11. Armstrong-AE.com reserves the right to make amendment to these terms and conditions from time to time at its full discretion without prior notice.
